About Touch Rugby
The Lordswood Lightning mixed touch team formed in August 2020 (between
lockdowns) as Rainham touch. As numbers grew a permanent home was found
at Lordswood RFC with the team becoming Lordswood Lightning in October 2021.
We are a mixed sex social/competitive team with a focus on keeping people in
the game who ordinarily wouldn't have any options other than contact rugby.
